Manufacturer's Warranty

First Impression Systems, LLC warrants that from the original date of purchase, Callas Matting will retain 80% of their pile fiber when properly maintained as recommended in the care and maintenance instructions for 7 years with Hi-Performance matting and tiles, and 5 years for Marathon matting.
Callas Enterprises, Inc. warrants that for three years from the date of original purchase, the patented Edge Guardian™ will stay attached to its matting.
If a warranty claim has been established to First Impression Systems’ satisfaction, First Impression Systems, LLC will replace that portion of the mat or matting tiles out of current product lines on a pro rata basis
The Hi-Performance Mat, Marathon Mat, Hi-Performance Tiles and Edge Guardian™ warranties do not cover:

• Improper maintenance, burns, crushing, rips, or acts of God
• Tears, pulls, cuts and damage due to material handling equipment
• Damage to edging
• Damage due to the application of non approved cleaning cleaming agents or maintenance methods
• Deterioration in appearance not related to loss of pile fiber
• Wrinkling or buckling of mat
• Improper installation

Labor, installations, shipping and handling charges are not covered under this warranty.
