We chose First Impression Systems matting for 4 Times Square. The Benifits of FIS are customer service, desgn, hands-off no installation required. FIS mats are designed to fit our buildings and look as if the are part of the facility. From a safety standpoint, they can reduce slip, trip and fall issues because they are designed to fit in the availible space. The mats perform by stopping dirt and water from tracking into our facilities cutting down floor care and labor costs.

My new mats have been everything as advertised and beyond! My tennants are very impressed with the new look of the 825 lobby. The degree of maintenance to keep them looking new is less than the prior mat system, which was far less in quality.
