What sizes are available?
Literally any shape or size to your specification. Since 50% of all slips, trips and
falls occur within 30 feet of the front door, we recommend covering the entire entrance to offer the greatest protection
What is the freight and packaging policy?
Freight and packaging is invoiced at 12% of the purchase price. Special packaging techniques are used to assure
damage-free deliveries.
What is the delivery time?
Normally about 14 days. If you are purchasing a logo mat, 4 - 6 weeks. During the winter months, shipments
take a little longer to process, but you can still expect to see your mats in 2 - 4 weeks.
How do I get help measuring?

What is your return / restocking policy?
All Callas Matting orders are considered special custom cut orders and are not returnable for restocking or refund.
